Hi guys, I got this in my email last night, thought I would post it up here for all you chip specialists.

Hi Steve wonder if you can help me? im trying to re program my marelli ecu but for use in a lancia delta integrale 8v.

There are lots of bin and xdf files available for 16v integrale , q4s etc but non for 8vs.

Can i ask how did you get the hex addresses for the q4?

I wish to modify all the usual parameters , fuel, boost, ignition etc. I have a chip reder and have read bin files , but i dont know how you get to the hex addresses to make a xdf from scratch?
thanks

Cheers for any help on this.

Well I've suggested the person who sent the mail join the forum as well, so hopefully they will be along soon to pad out the details.

Hello all, it was me who requested your help. I have bin files for mulitple 8v chips. I have tried to read them all on the 8v.xdf file you list on your site using Protuner. It only works with stock 8v bin file, and then only shows ignition , injection and rpm limiter - very basic! i would love to be able to see other parameters such as boost cut out limit etc. I also think a lot of the 8v bin files i.e the fast road ones etc are based on even older delta model the hf4wd files as these dont even read in the 8v xdf file - I can post the lot if that helps! whats the best way to post files here? thx again

That's why we need your bin file. Because of various versions

Hi, you can either email the files through to me at steve@berlinasportivo.com if you want me to stick the bin files up on the website, or if you just want the files on the forum you should be able to add them to a post as attachments.

Any probs just give me a shout.

i will check them all because there are many bins that they may damage the engine because of 2 reasons. they have not boost limit, and second they have unlimited boost map (pierburg valve)

Just got back in, all I've got in the attachment is a .lnk file, no bins. Could you have another go at sending them.

Are these files the standard 8v Integrale files?

Try to rename them into .bin

LNK is a Windows Shortcut File - it won't have any data.

The attached file was definitely just a short-cut file pointing to the real bin files on the computer.
I've asked for the files again so hopefully this time they will come through correctly.

Stay tuned folks.

Right, just got the files through and have just uploaded them, there are 6 intotal from the HF4WD through to the Evo1 OEM chips along with a couple of modified bin files.

They can all be found at the bottom of this page: ECU and Chip info (http://www.berlinasportivo.com/pages/q4ecu.php)

Are you both using the same version of Tunerpro? Weren't there some compatibility issues with the new version?

He was right Steve. 2 bin files of 8v engine that you upload working with different xdf. I use tunerpro v5 so you are right too. The last xdf I upload is full working. The other one (8v_2) I didn't find the rpm limit but injection and advance are ok.
