Cleaning injectors.

So, having a sort out of all the bits I've got so far for the 75 Turbo engine, it seems as though I've got 2 sets of injectors, along with a second alternator.
So as I'm not sure what condition these injectors are in, I thought it would be a good idea to give them a good clean before using them.

What have people found to be the best way to give them a clean. Solvents or ultrasonic?

If ultrasonic is the way forward, are the cheap ones marketed for jewelry up to the task?

I had mine ultrasonicly cleaned and checked ages ago.

Did you notice any difference after they had been cleaned?

Difficult to say, because I had to do a lot of maintenance at once.
Just bought the car and the car needed a lot of attention.
overhauld gearbox, new belts, bearings etc, new fuel filter, all the fluids, spark plugs, filters and much much more.
