Hi Nick, looks really useful, but I guess you really need capture the data coming from it as it looks a little overwhelming!
Have I got all the values correct?
AFR = Air Fuel ratio.
EGT = Exhaust gas temperature
TPS = Throttle position %
FUEL = Fuel pressure (Bar)
MAP = Manifold air Pressure (boost)
RPM = Revs
DTY = Injector duty cycle. %
VOLT = Battery voltage.

Are you looking at bigger injectors soon then, as you seem to be working them pretty hard at times in the video.
i dont think steve
values are well..but have a boost problem
normally supposed to be seeing 1.1 bar but i did not see
i think there is a leakage line boost ..

That explains the "standard" looking figures ;)
:)))
at the end of the night the alternator belt broke and the head gasket burned:)
tomorrow i am gonna cut of cylinder head and change head gasket by originally...
and 1 months later i am gonna use cometic head gasket
That's annoying :( Don't forget some pictures for us ;)

Nick,
I forgot to ask, when you installed the display, how many new sensors did you need to use? EGT is obvious, but which other inputs needed a new sensor?
hi steve
only wideband sensor (lc-1 innovate) and fuel pressure sensor
The injector duty values doesnt work well, you can see video
its maybe car specific I dont know why and I dont check detail
other cars work without problem, like honda, mitsu etc .
so, Im connect duty signal in, from injector to turbo over boost valve
(we make re-map this weekend on the road with moates ostrich real time emulator)
Now I can see boost valve duty signal,
you know, we cant see valves duty, we just know raw data on the ecu .
and we change fuel regulator to "sard" brand
Im detect a failure yesterday from maxidisplay
fuel pressure is 0.7-0.8 bar lost when engine is HOT !
Hi nick!
Your "maxidisplay" looks interesting. I'm thinking about installing it perhaps instead of the "in-car-stereo" later on...
Where can I buy this "maxidisplay" and how much does it cost? :help:
Thanks in advance!
Im manufacturer

Hi MaxiBoost!
Yes, I read it. :thumbsup:
Thanks a lot for the useful information. I'm interested, but at the moment I'm not sure for myself, how to customize it for me.
So, also the Q4 is new for me (I bought it in April this year) and I'll need some time to think about, how I would like it. :thinking-011:
Thanks a lot and best regards, Martin
@fochista
Im Q4 owner last 12-13 years
I say;
every Q4 owner must be follow wideband AFR, EGT ,BOOST, oil pressure, oil temp and water temp with alarm function at least.
afr , egt and oil pressure most important.
I know we have oil pressure and temp display but alarm function need.

Hi MaxiBoost!
Yes, I want... and I will do...
1st step is a boost pressure gauge, also with negative display. I've it already, but it's not beeing installed at the moment. It's a analoge gauge because I like "the flying needle" moving up and down in that quick way :biggrin:
MaxiDisplay will be the 2nd step... during the winter month, I guess...
Last but not least becaue I'm looking for a useful thing for this "big hole" where normally the car stereo fit's...
Wow, very interesting stuff Maxiboost; i get very impressed... what a pitty doesn't known about it before i installed my boost, fuel and AFR gauges.
When i will start with the rebuilt of my engine i will go for one for my Q4
