Hello.

Can someone please tell me what could be wrong and what should be checked to fix my accel above 3000-3300rpm. Its like its limited at 3000-3300rpm...

any ideas?

How does it go up to 3300rpm? Is it lumpy and bad to drive and running rich?

I would check the map sensor connection and for any other air leaks from the small bore hoses.

Anything strange in the throttle pedal?

You could also try disconnecting the water temp sensor and see if it makes a difference.

What about boost during rev up? Maybe overboosted by a faulty WG?

Yes. Accel is lumpy and allmost impossible to drive. well u can drive but realy SLOW... :D WG and Turbo are totaly new with 0km. A throtle paddle is cool. nothing suspicious. ill check map sensor connection as alfajack adviced and all hoses for airleaks.

any other ideas?

Had the same kind of problem a couple of years ago when I replaced my exhaust manifold and the turbo.
I think you need to check the waste gate if it opens and/or if the hoses from the pier burg valve are conected correctly.

Even with stuck wastegate etc it would not be lumpy and difficult to drive.

This sounds just like an air leak or a disconnected map sensor.

Crank sensor faulty or the clearance to the trigger wheel is off maybe. If it has a violent jolt at 3500ish it is almost certainly is.

Does you ECU injector light up..IF you have a sensor fail, you ecu would block the rpm to around 3500 (can't remember excact but i can look at the program)

my behaved similar recently, I found that it was a broken ignitionwire that at certain revs the spark jumped at the middle of the cable to nearest metal instead of giving the spark to the sparkplug..

don?t know if this is of any help..

good luck
