Windscreen wipers

I bought a new pair of windscreen wiper blades and the one is 5 cm {2"} longer than the other.
Which one goes where normally?
I placed the longer one {I think it is 53 cm - 21" long} to the driver's side {left hand drive} and the shorter one {48 cm - 19"} to the passenger's side.
Is this correct or is it all the way around?

It is correct, the longer one is always on the drivers side.
