After a long period of time I finally found that it's the inlet manifold gasket that causes all my idle problems - recently went up to 1700 rpm!!!

Which gasket do you suggest? The oem one or any other brand?

Should I replace the plenum hoses too, just in case? They are just 3 years old {or 11.000 Km old} and ...

A new oe would be fine imo as they rarely go wrong, they are a pretty poor fit to the runner openings though so a little fettling would be worth doing, they tend to hang into the airflow which is not helping one bit. If a tweak in the right direction is something you'd fancy a phenolic type inlet gasket from ferriday engineering would be worth getting, it can do no harm only good.

Is our inlet manifold gasket the same one with the Lancia Delta Integrale?

I'd say so, there's a few manufacturers of gasket sets so they vary a little but basically the same thing.
