what should be the voltage on the TPS at idle?
Last week I've noticed an idle at 1200-1250 rpm, with engine hot. Idle does not 'play' {up and down} so I believe it's not the ICV.
I measure mine and it is 0,19 volt. Is this correct or should it be at 0,22 - 0,30 volts?

I think it should be about 0.30 v

Did not find any leak. Check the output from CTS and ATS removing the connectors, disconnect and reconnect the TPS without doing anything else and idle was back to normal again.
This weekend I'll adjust TPS output, follow the 'proper' procedure to memorize the throttle position and see what will be.

well, you were right.

No effect at all after registering TPS voltage at 0,27 and 0,30 Volt and doing all the self-adjusting{?} procedure for the TPS.
I'll start checking for air leakage and it is possible to have a leak from the removed EGR valve. I believe I hear something from this engine side.

thanks Hakkan. I knew there were some posts before but did not find them.

Well, after fixing an air leak and adjusting TPS at 0,27 Volt idle is at 1000 rpm {more or less} at low coolant temperatures.
Rise up to 1250 -1300 rpm when coolant temp is at + 92 degrees C.
Although I measured ATS and CTS and gave me 'normal' output even at 95 C, I found the oem Marelli CTS and I'll replace the Bosch one I use as soon as it arrives here, just in case.
Today I'm going to replace the blow-off valve with the adjustable one I bought almost a year ago and see if there is a leak there too or what happens.
