If I remember well, on Lancia Integrale {at least 16V / Evo1} it is possible to mount the oil pump from the Lamcia Prisma TD, which should be an upgrade!

Does anyone has any info about? Is it possible to mount it on our engine?

Nick.

no one had ever heard anything about?

This TD oil pump {same as for the 155 TD} gives more quantity of oil - major oil pressure and according to my notes can be fitted. All I need to know concerns the rpm and TDC sensors and how they are attached to their support bracket. I try to see how they goes in the workshop manual but I can not figure that out.

At least someone could be so kind to post any picture {if someone has any} of how these sensors {rpm and TDC} are attached to their support bracket and where this 'bracket' is?
Maybe a picture of the oil pump can do the 'work'.

Regards

Same question as the other site....which engine? My parts CD doesn't show a Lancia Prisma and 155s had two (1.9 and 2.5) diesel engines.

Had a quick look but can't see anything on the crappy manual drawings...will check eper if I know which engine ;)

which engine? That's a good question!!!
Unfortunately I do not know. But I'll ask a ...guru who made this mod in his Lancia Integrale - and I'll come back.

I had a look at my parts cd and came up the followings:

ALFA 155 1930 TD :
OIL PUMP part number 60809622
shared with the followings :
T4 - 155 GAMMA 96 DS
T5 - 145 GAMMA 97
T6 - 146 GAMMA 97
U1 - 145 BS/DS
U2 - 146 BS/TD

ALFA 155 2.5 TD and 2.5 T.DS. CEE F2
OIL PUMP part number 60596026
shared with the followings :
T4 - 155 GAMMA 96 DS
U6 - 155 Turbo {BS/DS}
W1 - 164 FL/92
W2 - 164 Super

and
ALFA 155 Q4
OIL PUMP part number 7717399
shared with the followings :
NONE

This is a little bit strange, because for the oil pump from the 2.5 TD {60596026} this part cd give that it is shared with the U6 - 155 Turbo {BS/DS} among the others! For the oil pump from the Q4 DOES NOT GIVE ANY OTHER model!!!

I believe that this guru meant the 2.5 TD but I'm not suru.

Unfortunately I do not have the parts cd for the Lancia and login to e-per is almost impossible.

Q4 part number shares with the following, no idea why Fiat Coupe isn't shown!

(LANCIA) - RT DELTA 4WD (1986-1991)
(LANCIA) - SA DELTA EVOLUZIONE (1991-1994)
(LANCIA) - RJ DEDRA IE.TB.INTEGRALE (1990-1994)
(ALFAROMEO) - U6 155 TURBO BZ-DS (1992-1996)

Do you not have Eper on CD/DVD?

from the parts manual I believe that the oil pump should be from the 1900 TD engine.
The 2,5 lt engine seams to have a completely different oil pump.

Could you check on eper? I connect to them but it never opens the page with the td oil pump parts.

Holy s**t! :O:O

The 1.9TD block seems to be almost the same as the Q4 block!

Now I only need to figure out, how to post a 18MB pdf file here... :(
Because I have the manual for the TD too.

I've already sent Nick the pages he needs :)

But you could contact Steve as he may want to host the file ;)

can some one find the the dimensions of the driving gears from any 1930 TD oil pump used at FIAT group {FIAT, Lancia and Alfa Romeo}?
I'm interesting for the 'thickness' of both the gears and the 'outside diameter' of the outside gear? And maybe the number of teeth on both gears.

TD oil pumps are not imported here as we can not use a diesel car, in Athens and Thessaloniki, and find a used - broken 1930 TD to measure the gear's thickness is just impossible for me.

Thanks for the effort.
