How to remove Boot lock

Does anyone have an idea how to remove the boot lock?
Don't get what tool could help me... You can see a hammer and a screwdriver (or something) in the manual.

The attached is the page from manual:

I tried to unscrew it from the inside of the boot, but the nut is fixed to the boot, so no luckso far :(

a punch with a point, like you use to mark on metal where to drill.... if you use it on the edge of the screw, you can hammer it out*. Works on any countersunk screw with a rounded head aswell

* put the punch on the edge, hammer a deep hole in, then tilt the punch and hammer the hole in a counter clockwise direction...

Oh....I used the punch to mark for a drill, and drilled the screws out :lol:
