You can find it in the article I wrote in the workshop section.
I read the article and is very useful it is something that you can?t find
the viscous is like the black box.
The only that I find is that I can sent it to bara
if you can tell me from where I can supply the liquid

Bara is maybe the only person who sells it, he is in the UK as he bought the licence from Ricardo.

hello,
what is the latest news ?
could you give more info ?
how did you open the viscouse ?
or what are you use for open it ?
and pictures ?
did you found viscouse oil ?
regards
Sorry for the late answer
To open it is the easy way you just pull off the metallic ring from the outer side and you hit with a wood from the other side
Butyou must be prepared with a clean box for the liquid
The difficult is to close it
Too many disks and the liquid don’t let them to go in their place.
As for the liquid I don’t find any
I just e-mail Bara and he toll me that the system is going to need a reset to 300nm
I don’t know how he going to do this
As I understand there are is a many viscosity liquids and you must adjust the distance between the discs due to have the 300NM
Bara him self cant sent only the liquid he needs the viscous unit to apply the reset
I thing that it is better to send it to him because it is a very dedicated and critical unit on the transmit ion and you must have the experience and the tools
Hello ,
if I dont understand wrong ,
you open it and closed ,than use again on your car ?
Good job I think ,well done ..
Im searching silicon viscouse oil too ,
Im also talk to bara too (with email)

"Automotive Applications:
PolySi Technologies offers a variety of silicone lubricants used throughout the automotive industry. These materials are sold to both OEMs and Automotive Aftermarket customers in a variety of packaging sizes. Applications include: brake calipers, brake boosters, spark plug boots, distributor caps, windshield wiper motors, o-ring lubes, rubber grommets, electrical connectors, plastic gears in mirrors and moon roof guides."
No mention of VC fluids there.
Try looking at other places which may use VCs, tractors, rally car builders etc.
What is the problem with customs? Because of the liquid? Is the problem with going out or coming back in?
