Suspension compatability

Quick yes/no question, but aren't all the suspension components interchangeable between the skinny/wide bodied cars?

I'm sure this has been covered before, but just checking.

As far as I know, this is the case....
Never heard any problems. And the rear is for all the models the same.

just the front {and maybe even rear} antirol bar is wider by 1mm for the skinny series but interchangeable at 100% {all the components}.
