Q4 Engine woes !

Earlier this week my Q4 decided to chew its head gasket, no major problem as it was an opportune time to upgrade to Spesso Gasket and a set of competition head bolts just in case.

We have now found that the cams have a fair bit of wear. Any reccommendations as what to replace them with and suitable suppliers ?

NA, fiat Tipo 16v 5 door cam as the exhaust, std exhaust as inlet if memory serves me correctly, but refer to the above pic :smile:

I thought it was theother way round Tipo Inlet and std inlet as exhaust

Well I have chosen to use Tipo NA 16V cams on both the exhaust side and inlet side.

(By the way - our stock cams are similar in sises.)

Its always on the exhaust side your need a bigger lift.
